• Delivery Fee Notice: Customers in outer Metro or Regional areas The fee varies depending on your location. You can place your order online and our staff will confirm the delivery details with you before processing. If you’d like to check the fee first, please call us at 1800 757 000 or use our Contact form and we’ll be happy to provide the exact delivery cost for your area.

• Bin Access Notice: Our drivers do not move bins up and down stairs. If your house/office does not have access to a lift or ramp, the secure bins will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor level.

• What Can’t Go In Your Bin: The following items cannot be placed inside the secure document bins due for destruction: Cardboard, Arch Lever Folders, Plastic Sleeves and Binders, Magazines and Photo paper, Newspapers, Bulldog clips, Hard covers from diaries, books, coloured paper, coloured manila folders, etc.

• Contamination Fee: Please note there is an applicable contamination fee of $110-$300 +GST per bin should there be any mixed content in the secure document paper bins.

• Cancellation Notice: There is a minimum 48-hour notice (2 business days) required to cancel orders & services to process a refund. A cancellation fee of $40 will be charged if less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice is provided.

• Delivery Timing: We are unable to provide a delivery time as drivers will put their own runs together on the day of delivery/collection. I accept the Terms and Conditions* and Privacy Policy*
