For obvious reasons, leaving your personal information on electronic devices is dangerous. Even when you think it’s cleaned, it’s not. Every back up has another back up.
And that’s where we come in. We can make sure that things like privacy details, identity theft potential, financial reports, intellectual property and even trade secrets are wiped clear.
Photos, videos, logins details, contracts, tax details – all this can be left in the back-up systems of a computer! Imagine some of these in the wrong hands!

Most of these items contain reusable components. The parts that contain secure information can be wiped clean and destroyed in a secure environment.
Other parts are finite resources, so can be recycled and reused down the line. Some contain dangerous chemicals and/or minerals to human health, and left to deteriorate naturally can damage the environment.
Your information is never safe until you know it has been securely destroyed and disposed of.
What can we do?
Our team of wonderful drivers can come collect your e-waste. We will bring it back to our site and strip it down, destroying and recycling each component as suited. Using high strength magnets, we can wipe hard-drives, for example. Plastic casing can be reused by tech-heads as they build their own computers. Power components can be used for the same thing.
Cartridges from printers and copiers can be recycled and safely disposed so as not to pollute the environment.
As stated on Wikipedia:
“Electronic waste or e-waste describes discarded electrical or electronic devices. Used electronics which are destined for refurbishment, reuse, resale, salvage, recycling through material recovery, or disposal are also considered e-waste. Informal processing of e-waste in developing countries can lead to adverse human health effects and environmental pollution. Electronic scrap components, such as CPUs, contain potentially harmful materials such as lead, cadmium, beryllium, or brominated flame retardants. Recycling and disposal of e-waste may involve significant risk to health of workers and communities in developed countries and great care must be taken to avoid unsafe exposure in recycling operations and leaking of materials such as heavy metals from landfills and incinerator ashes.”
By using our services, we are able to reduce the impact on the planet and become more environmentally friendly together.
