• Pick up Notice: If you purchase a packet of 2 bags, the collection of the 2 bags together is included in the purchase price. We do not collect 1 bag at a time.

• Bags Access Notice: Our drivers do not move bags up and down stairs. If your house/office does not have access to a lift or ramp, the secure bags will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor level.

• Restricted Items: The following items cannot be placed inside the secure document bags due for destruction: Cardboard, Arch Lever Folders, Plastic Sleeves and Binders, Magazines and Photo paper, Newspapers, Bulldog clips, Hard covers from diaries, books, coloured paper, coloured manila folders, etc.

• Contamination Fee: Please note there is an applicable contamination fee of $110-$300 +GST per bag should there be any mixed content in the secure document paper bags.

• Collection Accessibility: Should the bag/s not be accessible for collection on the confirmed pickup date, a call-out fee of $55.00 will be payable.

• Delivery Timing: We are unable to provide a delivery time as drivers will put their own runs together on the day of delivery/collection.

• Bags Orders: Bags orders are non-refundable. Any unused bags will not be refunded if you do not fill all bags ordered & delivered.

• Cancellation Notice: There is a minimum 48-hour notice (2 business days) required to cancel orders & services to process a refund. A cancellation fee of $40 will be charged if less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice is provided. I accept the Terms and Conditions* and Privacy Policy*
