β’ Delivery Fee Notice: Please note Delivery / Service fees do apply on all secure bin services, the price of these fees may vary depending on location.
β’ Once your booking is made, our team will reach out to confirm the exact delivery and collection schedule.
β’ Keep on-site for 4 weeks. Early collection is not permitted.
β’ Prepaid Bin Orders: Prepaid Bin orders are non-refundable. Any unused bins will not be refunded if you do not fill all bins ordered & delivered.
β’ Bin Access Notice: Our drivers do not move bins up and down stairs. If your house/office does not have access to a lift or ramp, the secure bins will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor level.
β’ Restricted Items: The following items cannot be placed inside the secure document bins due for destruction: Cardboard, Arch Lever Folders, Plastic Sleeves and Binders, Magazines and Photo paper, Newspapers, Bulldog clips, Hard covers from diaries, books, coloured paper, coloured manila folders, etc.
β’ Contamination Fee: Please note there is an applicable contamination fee of $110-$300 +GST per bin should there be any mixed content in the secure document paper bins.
β’ Overfilled Bins: Overfilled secure shredding bins can compromise safety & security; bins filled above the βfill lineβ or rim of the bin, bins with open lids or overflowing material will NOT be collected, additional service fees will apply if a return collection is required. Bin lids must be completely closed and securely locked for collection.
β’ Cancellation Notice: There is a minimum 48-hour notice (2 business days) required to cancel orders & services to process a refund. A cancellation fee of $40 will be charged if less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice is provided.
β’ Refunds: Unfortunately refunds are not provided for prepaid secure bins services if the quantity of 240L bins ordered & delivered by the driver are not all utilised on site. **Please note each 240L secure document bin will hold the equivalent of 6 standard archive document boxes of paper documents.
β’ Collection Accessibility: Should the bin/s not be accessible for collection on the confirmed pickup date, a call-out fee of $55.00 + GST will be payable.
β’ Delivery Timing: We are unable to provide a delivery time as drivers will put their own runs together on the day of delivery/collection.
